An advanced meditation practitioner, Federico started with Zen meditation for almost a decade, and then moved to France for 2 years to study with the Venerable Lama Gyurme, a Master from Buthan, living later on in his Buddhist center in retreat; in 2011 he moved to the Boston area for deepening his meditation studies and practice with Dr. Daniel Brown and Rahob Rinpoche, in an ongoing mentoring relationship that is ongoing to this day.
