a common space & database for harmonic overtones

Jan Heinke demonstrates the subharmonic series

The human voice spectrum does not contain undertones, but you may find voice functions that mirror the harmonic series of overtones. It is not a very widespread technique and most kargyra singers only produce the frequency half of the primary tone. Jan here very extemporally demonstrates 2, 3 and 4, do- fa- do -- an inversion of the do'- so'- do' of the harmonic series which arise from the same factors. Jan told me, that on a good day he may get as far down as the 7th factor of the subharmonic series. Amazing!
