Share Your Perceptions of Overtone/Throat Singing, Didgeridoo, and Singing Bowls

I'm doing some writing about listener's perceptions of throat-singing, and also didgeridoo and singing bowls. Have an experience or story to share? Please send it to me or post it here. I may use it in a book or other project.

Thanks,

Steve

Hi, I play and use the singing bowls in many ways, and for most part, the feedback I receive is very positive - some people respond to the higher, more ethereal frequencies of the crystal bowls more, but for the most part, my clients love the bowls.

One thing you might be interested to learn about. I do group hypnosis, guided meditations, and also sound sessions (with bowls on body) and, therefore, I have had the opportunity to observe hundreds of clients in an "entrained" state. Th emajority of people love the trance like experience that the bowls take them in. They feel very calm and relaxed afterwards. The bowls also help them let go of emotional baggage over time. If you want to learn more about specifics, let me know.

Nada Brahma,
Margit

Thanks, folks!

I also work with bowls, but only the himalayan ones. They're wonderful!
