Durch den fließenden Wechsel zwischen Bewegung und Klang bieten wir dir einen höchst wirksamen Raum, um innerlich zur Ruhe zu kommen und körperlich zu entspannen.
Die entstehende Wachsamkeit der Sinne durch gezielte Körper- und Entspannungsübungen aus dem Yoga öffnet die Wahrnehmung und lässt Klänge sehr viel tiefer erlebbar machen: Die Schwingungen der obertonreichen Instrumente und ObertonGesänge werden ganzheitlicher empfunden und wirken nachhaltiger.
Vorkenntnisse im Yoga sind nicht erforderlich!
