Mantra-Yoga Intensivpraxis mit Katyayani
Du erfährst die tiefe Kraft der Mantras in intensiver Praxis. Mantras als Quelle der absoluten Wahrheit sind ein Werkzeug, den Geist über sich selbst hinaus zu erheben und das Herz zu öffnen. Mantra Japa weckt Hingabe, Glückseligkeit und Gottesbewusstsein.
Du übst Pranayama, Asanas und Meditation mit Unterstützung ausgesuchter Mantras. Das Hören der Mantras und eigene Mantrarezitation führt dich nach Innen und ganz leicht zu freudvoller Konzentration.
Katyayani
Sehr erfahrene Yogalehrerin und Yoga Vidya Acharya. Mit viel Fachkompetenz, Einfühlungsvermögen und einer besonderen Stimme und Ausdrucksweise führt sie dich durch deine Yogapraxis. Bekannt ist sie auch durch die Herzen berührenden Satsangs, Meditationen und Mantra-Yogastunden.
