Bring deinen Körper, Geist und Seele in Harmonie durch Schwingungen: Von Außen mit Hilfe von Obertoninstrumenten (wie zum Beispiel Monochord, Klangschale und Gong) und von Innen mit Mantrasingen und Tönen. So kann sich der Klang auf allen Ebenen entfalten und Blockaden können sich lösen. In diesen Tagen kannst du dich entspannen während Klangreisen, meditativen Mantra- und Klangyogastunden sowie kleinen Klangmassagen.
