Intensiviere deine Beziehung zu deinen Chakras durch Tönen und achtsames Atmen. Durch meditative Klang- und Atemübungen kannst du deinen Körper und deine Energien besser beobachten, die Energien aktivieren und dort hinschicken wo sie benötigt werden. Dieser Prozess führt dich in dein Herz, weckt deine Kreativität und stärkt dein Kommunikationsfeld auf allen Ebenen.
Hagit Noam
Hagit Noam ist Sängerin (auf Opern und Alte Musik spezialisiert), Gesangspädagogin mit langjähriger Erfahrung, Musiktherapeutin, Feldenkrais-Lehrerin und Biographie-Therapeutin nach R. Steiner. Sie unterrichtete lange an der Musikhochschule in Trossingen und Jerusalem. Hagit gibt Seminare in verschiedenen Bereichen sowie Konzerte in Deutschland (u.a. bei Yoga Vidya), in der Schweiz, Italien und Israel.
