This exercise can be very helpful for you as a singer. Follow the introduction for the Yoga Exercise Gorilla, a Yoga Pranayama exercise for beginners and advanced. You can practice in the morning to wake up or after office work to be able to start the evening in a fresh state of mind. Caution: If you suffer from high blood pressure or occasional dizziness you should ask your doctor before attempting this exercise. Feel your heart space energized!
