About me:: Although trained as a an actor and singer, following my childhood passions into adulthood, my path took an unexpected diversion and guided me into the world of spirit, healing, heart, toning, frequency,vibration and the Language of Light.
My tones and resonant frequencies began coming through me about 3 years ago, and although no formal training in overtone singing, overtones comes through naturally whilst I am bringing through resonant tones and sounds, albeit randomly, so I am wanting to develop the technique so I can expand upon what I am already doing and be able to share it with my clients by explaining and showing how the overtones are produced and projected.
It all began whilst I was playing with vocal tones in my bathroom one day, when I noticed my cat wrapping herself around my legs as she often did when I was sounding, she seemed to beam out this thought, telepathically communicated to me that she wanted me to direct some sound towards her, I thought strange, but when I looked down at her, I saw that she had a poorly eye which she couldn't open and was sealed shut with a green goo, so following her request, I intentionally directed a variety of different tones towards her eye. After about 4 minutes, she turned tail and walked out and down the stairs.
When I joined her a few minutes later, she was in the kitchen by her bowl, asking for food, as I bent down to speak to her I saw that her eye was fully open and the green goo gone, it looked totally normal, restored.
I realised then, that these sounds were definitely worth investigating further.
This incident gave me the courage and confidence to begin sharing my sounds with other people. I received incredibly positive feedback, I was quite taken aback, I was amazed; the impact on their emotional and physical states was a real eye-opener( pardon the pun) into the potential healing power of sound.
Over the last few years I have focused upon integrated my training as a Heart Intelligence Coach with sound, as a way to open and connect with the infinite self, giving wider access to an expanded awareness and more choice.
I now combine facilitating workshops and courses, under the title of "Activate Your Vocal Power", with 1-2-1 bespoke sound healings, sound meditations and journeys, performances and demonstrations.

I very recently held my first sound choir meeting in a beautiful, very old chapel with fantastic acoustics. Although it is relatively very early steps on my sound journey and exploration, I am really very excited about the limitless potential that beckons.
I am delighted to have been guided to this site and community, and look forward to sharing our inspiration and experiences.

Instruments:: Divine instrument - Voice, Crystal Singing bowl,Tibetan singing bowl shamanic drum, chimes and a variety of sacred sound instruments.

Influences:: Mainly my cat, myself, indigenous cultures, especially Native American Indian and Aboriginal, and Jonathan Goldman.
