You will probably not remember me, but I was on one of your workshops in Finland in 2001 (or something) after having already sung overtones for about a year. It's a pity that I haven't practiced overtone singing actively since 2005, but I should start again. I will even visit your home town in a bit less than 3 weeks (my second visit to Vancouver)!

Thanks for the reply! I have to check out your music too. I will perhaps also add a piece (the only commercially available song where I sing overtones, and which I also composed myself) to my page one of these days. :)

If you ever visit Finland on your coming trips, please send me a message. I hope more women would join this weird group of us people who sing overtones, it's always nice to have women around!

Dear Kiva,
thank you for inviting me to the group of your friends. I accept it with a great pleasure!
I know you will visit my country now, but unfortunately I am now abroad - till July 14. And Immediatelly after my coming home I will go to the holidays with my Michael (he is 11 years old), I promissed it to him and it is very important for him (because we live not together and I do not have much time for him). So I cannot change my plans now.
Allthough i would like to meet you, it seems momentally almost impossible! I wrote to my choir about your concert in Prague and I hope they will come there to meet you.
In dates form 10. till 17.August there will be working week with my choir again, Stuart Hinds will be our guest there. Couldnt you visit us?
After 18. August I am again at home - in Liberec and there will be choir festival www.bohemiacantat.cz (which was grounded by me some years ago). It could be pleasure to meet you in this days by me at home - as my guest. (I hope I could arrange a very small concert of you on on this festival).

Dear Kiva, it could be very nice, when you could to spend some time with us.
We will live in a small school in the village Sloup v cechach (it is about 80 km north from Prague). There will be no festival - it is only a meeting for Spektrum with Stuart (he will be from 10. to 15. 8 there) and small group of friends from Europa - about 20-25 people., We will study a new repertoir and sing a whole time. Maybe there will be a small concert on thuersday (in a small church in a village).
In case you will come, we will try a little to change the program so, that we can "to use your presence". It coluld be very nice meeting.

Now that you're living in Prague I guess that you know Filip Rydlo ? He recently sent me a video link of a rehearsal of my choir piece 'Past Life Melodies' which includes overtone singing .... Did you happen to hear it ?
Have you written & recorded any pieces for choir which include overtone singing ? I'm looking forward to hearing much more overtone singing in many different genres now that I've joined the OMN !!
