a common space & database for harmonic overtones
This semi-improvised piece demonstrates a gradual change from conventional singing technique to overtone singing (the latter being fully developed starting at about 2:15). The overtone technique is basically western-style overtone singing, but with a voice formation that also goes partially in the direction of Tuvan/Mongolian-style throat singing. The vocal part is shown as a rolling spectrogram.
