a common space for harmonic overtones
On April 23rd 2012 the 4th annual vargan and khomus concert took place at DOM in Moscow. Fortunately i was invited as a special guest to perform the jew´s harp playing technique and music of my country and to perform together with gifted jew´s harpists from the Russian vargan and from the Yakut khomus scene. The event happened in the frameset of overtone music festival "SALT".
One day later on April 24th 2012 i held a master class in multiple jew´s harp playing at once together with overtone singing techniques and how overtone singing can have an affect on jew´s harp playing at the TA-Musica jew´s harp and ethno instruments shop.
On April 25th, the day before my departure back home, i met with Russian vargan-players for a jam-session in the natural environment of Kolomenskoye Park and played a concert with my fellow-jew´s harpist Aksenty Beskrovny in the evening.
