Permalink Reply by Dan Zimmermann on April 6, 2011 at 7:00pm Greetings, Friends!
I first started listening to throat singing on a website called lastfm.com. It does not have videos but has tons of throat singing and some still shots. My favorite singer so far is Oleg Kuular. If you go there and search for his name you can listen to a most excellent Sygyt style. I do not think I can link it here, sorry. I do hope you can get a chance to hear him - and give your feedback.

Permalink Reply by Alzin on April 7, 2011 at 8:04am Hi Alzin and others throat singing addicted,
About the first youtube video, this guy IS Mongolian : Enkhjargal Dandarvaanchig, aka Epi. He is a very talented morin huur player and singer, specially in "normal" voice and kargyraa style. He himself admit he is not that good on höömii with high pitched overtones. Don't know about the song itself.
What's more, he is a really friendly guy. We spent some time together a few months ago, and he shared some tips and advices for my morin huur playing :-)
