a common space for harmonic overtones

Hi , Anyone who knows how to calculate the overtones ( harmonic serie) from G 4 , played by a Horn (in F) ? I now how to calculate the frequenceies in Hz , but when I came to the 7 : th partial I don´t know wich tone ( in notation ) it is . Is there any software available for that ??. I read an article about Grisey that he used a sonogram . I have websearched but not found anything yet . This is a new world for me . When I heard a piece by Grisey it was like a revelation for me . or shall I say : a bomb that blowed up my head .

Long time, no answers... I suppose, that I could write also in Finnish, but for the possible general interrest, I´ll write in English. How about Cleartune application to your iPhone or iPad? It shows frequence and the note. On the other hand. Harmonic series follow tight rule. Like overtone nr 1 (fundamental), 2, 4, 8, 16 are octaves. 3,6,12 are fifts. 5, 10, 20 are thirds. Seven is minor 7, actually a bit under it. In this case it should be F. Wiser people, than me, am I right?

Here is a photo from Wolfgang Saus' book Oberton Singen. I am confident he will forgive me for violation of copyright as I can supply the information that inside this book is a guide of how to make a transparent sheet to glide over the note system, so that you can find the notes for the harmonic series from all fundamentals.
There are a few alternatives for notation. Saus indicates a lower intonation with the downward arrow.

If you start from c you will need a notation indicating a note lower than bb. You can see one way of doing that at the system to the right (partial #7 and #14). The harmonic #7 is 31 cent lower than the equivalent TET tone, so it would not be correct to notate a normal alteration 'b'.

Is there any software available for that ??

... yes, it is a software available for that I think so ... that's the overtone analayzer on www.sygyt.com
