Overtone Music Network

a common space & database for harmonic overtones

The admins of this network can feature your profile or - what we are doing from time to time - artworks, blog posts, discussions, songs and videos added to this network.

Now you are receiving an email notification if your content was featured by default - letting you know about it.

Email Notification for featured profile/ content

But you can turn it OFF if you don't like to be informed about it.

Turn it off

How? You can reach your Email Setting page by clicking the “Settings” link on the right side below your profile and then selecting the “Email” tab on the left. There you will find your individual email setting.

Also with this new release you have now the option to receive emails when a new member joins. But this options will be OFF by default. If you like to be informed about new members joining this network you have to turn it on on your individual Email Setting

Most notably, you’ll now see Follow links for forum categories, photos, videos and pages. Additionally, when you comment on any item you’ll automatically receive notifications when other people comment on it. This will drive activity back to the conversations in which you’ve already been participating.
One thing to note is that if you added a photo or a video before the release, you won’t receive notifications about it if you weren’t receiving notifications already. Any questions? Don't hesitate to send the admins a short report.
