This workshop explores the use of sound in our inner landscape as well as working with the ancient landscape of Glastonbury.
The workshop will be held at the wonderful Wells Museum, which houses ancient artifacts and nestles in the shadow of the Wells Cathedral.
During the day we will explore the use of crystal bowls, voice, breath, gentle movement, gongs and other instruments to facilitate the movement of energy within ourselves and the Earth. We will learn how certain instruments are more beneficial for connecting to the energy within Glastonbury as well as within ourselves.
In the afternoon we will go into the Chalice Well gardens for quiet contemplation and preparation as well as to connect with the Red Spring.
We will finish the day with a self-healing and Earth healing session inside the White Spring, the back of which is inside Glastonbury Tor (the belly of the Goddess and the conversion of the Michael and Mary lines). This magical experience will mark the end of our process.
